Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all appointments be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service cost. A valid card on file is required to secure all bookings. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and scheduling.
