SKINFIDENT RETURN POLICY

At SKINFIDENT, we take pride in providing high-quality professional beauty products. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitation and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.

 

All Sales Are Final on Opened or Used Products  

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

 

Returns on Unopened Products Only  

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, resellable condition.

 

Return Authorization Required  

To request a return, you must email us at Skinfident@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable  

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement if approved.

 

No Returns on the Following Items:

• Opened or used products  

• Lash adhesives  

• Lash trays  

• Brow and lamination products  

• Digital products, trainings, or courses  

• Sale or discounted items  

• Gift cards

 

Refund Method  

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit at SKINFIDENT’s discretion.

 

Refusal Rights  

SKINFIDENT reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

 

No Exchanges

 

At this time, SKINFIDENT does not offer exchanges on any products.

All training courses, classes, deposits, and educational materials offered by SKINFIDENT and SKINFIDENT Mastery Academy are non-refundable.

 

All Sales Are Final  

Due to the limited seating, preparation, and intellectual property involved, all training purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

Deposits Are Non-Refundable  

Any deposit made to secure your training date is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Rescheduling Policy  

Students may request to reschedule their training one time if notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance may be denied.

 

No-Shows and Late Arrivals  

Failure to attend your scheduled training or arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your training without refund or reschedule eligibility.

 

Digital and Online Trainings  

All online trainings, downloadable materials, manuals, and digital content are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

 

Right to Refuse Service  

SKINFIDENT reserves the right to refuse service or dismiss any student due to inappropriate behavior, violation of policies, or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

Agreement to Policy  

By purchasing or enrolling in any SKINFIDENT training, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
