3 Day Master Lash Certification is designed for lash artists who are ready to move beyond basic application and refine their craft with greater precision, consistency, and professional confidence. This immersive training focuses on improving technique, strengthening retention, mastering styling, and refining service flow so artists can deliver high-quality lash sets while working more efficiently behind the chair. This course combines in-depth theory with hands-on practice to help artists strengthen their technical skills, deepen their understanding of lash artistry, and develop a higher level of mastery in their work.
3-Day Training Curriculum
Day 1: Lash Theory, Safety & Precision Foundations
Day one focuses on strengthening the technical foundation required to create safe, clean, and professional lash sets while protecting the health of the natural lashes.
Topics Covered:
• Lash anatomy and natural lash growth cycles
• Understanding lash weight distribution, curl, length, and diameter
• Protecting natural lash integrity and maintaining lash health
• Sanitation, safety protocols, and proper workspace setup
• Adhesive science, humidity, and temperature awareness
• Proper product knowledge and tool usage
• Precision isolation techniques and lash placement refinement
• Lash mapping fundamentals and eye shape analysis
Students will observe a live demonstration of professional lash application, focusing on clean lash lines, isolation control, and proper placement techniques.
Day 2: Styling Mastery & Application Techniques
Day two focuses on developing styling confidence while improving application technique through hands-on practice and personalized instruction.

• Customizing lash sets based on eye shape and client preferences
• Creating styles such as wispy, hybrid, cat eye, doll eye, and textured sets

Upon successful completion of the training, students will receive a Certificate of Completion for the Lash Extension Master Class and will leave with refined technical skills, improved retention strategies, and the confidence to deliver high-quality lash extension services with consistency and professionalism.
