Franchesca Solano is a licensed lash and brow artist, salon owner, and educator dedicated to helping the next generation of beauty professionals step into their power.
After years of hands-on experience working with clients and building her business from the ground up, she recognized that true success in the beauty industry goes beyond technique—it requires confidence, clarity, and a strong self-concept.
Through in-person and online trainings, Franchesca focuses on developing not only skill, but the mindset and identity needed to create consistent, long-lasting results.

I recently took the eyebrow lamination training and had such a great experience! The class was super personalized and was made easy to follow. It included everything My instructor was patient, thorough, and explained everything step by step she made me feel at ease and very comfortable. My instructor was with me from start to finish and making sure I really captivated all material. she made me feel so confident in what I was doing. She makes sure you know everything and doesn’t leave you feeling lost lots of my questions got answered in a way I fully understood overall I learned so much and would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to expand their beauty skills!

I am beyond impressed with this lash line—every product is thoughtfully crafted with quality, comfort, and performance in mind. As a lash artist, I’ve tried countless brands, but this one has become a staple in my kit! My absolute favorite is the HER 5ml Adhesive—it’s truly a game-changer. With low fumes, a thin consistency, a quick 2-second dry time, and incredible retention (5-6 weeks!), this glue checks all the boxes. It’s oil- and waterproof, heat-resistant, and made right here in the USA. I love that it performs flawlessly in different environments (I provide services in both California and Arizona two very different climates), giving both me and my clients consistent, long-lasting results.
Another must-have is the WHITE Biogel™ Eye Pads. These are hands-down the best under-eye pads I’ve ever used. They’re medical grade, latex-free, gentle on the skin, and provide a soothing, luxurious experience for clients. Plus, they hold the bottom lashes perfectly in place without slipping or causing irritation—major win!
